I don't see a value in this service and rate them 2 starts only for the effort and recipe.

I had issue with their billing services as well. Paying around 35 for a weekly Blue Apron subscription is one thing, but paying 60 is absolutely nuts. After You remove the packaging You still need to place/slice the products it in the pan and cook it so the only feature is that products arrive at your door step but at what cost. Out of 7 products in the box there were plastic of at least 4-5 Tshirts plastic wraps. I stumbled to BA through my Banana Republic purchases and decided to try them order arrives in a cardboard box with insulated wrap and an ice pack on the bottom and every item is separately wrapped in a plastic packaging which give You this feeling of sterile environment but at what cost. They use so much plastic for such a small number of products that is just bad.
Blue Apron way of packaging their products is just a crime against our society.
